Nut Pudding with Berries

This nutty pudding is the perfect choice for those who want to treat themselves to something tasty but also healthy. Rich in healthy fats, antioxidants and protein, it is a great breakfast or snack to fuel the day.

Blueprint Protocol Nut Pudding by Brian Johnson

Ingredients:

• 50-100 ml almond or macadamia milk (depending on desired consistency)

• 3 tablespoons ground macadamia nuts

• 2 teaspoons ground walnuts

• 2 tablespoons chia seeds

• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

• 1/4 Brazil nut

• 1 tablespoon dark chocolate

• 1 teaspoon sunflower lecithin

• 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

• 1/2 cup berries (save half for garnish)

• 3 cherries

• 60 ml pomegranate juice


Step by step cooking process:

1. Mixing the base : Add 50-100ml of almond or macadamia milk to a bowl depending on the desired consistency.

2. Add Nuts and Seeds : Add ground macadamia nuts, ground walnuts, and ground flaxseed. Also add chia seeds for extra fiber.

3. Flavors : Add dark chocolate, sunflower lecithin and cinnamon to give the pudding a rich flavor.

4. Add fruit and juice : Add 3 cherries, 1/2 cup berries (reserve half for garnish) and pomegranate juice.

5. Mixing : Mix the mixture thoroughly at high speed for 3-4 minutes until smooth.

6. Cooling : Pour the mixture into a suitable container and let it sit.

7. Garnish : Add remaining berries on top for garnish.

8. Protein Supplement (Optional) : For extra protein, you can add 30-60g of pea protein.


This pudding is not only delicious, but also incredibly nutritious. Enjoy it any time of the day!
